After a barbecue, a guest thought the pool equipment area was a good spot to dump hot grill coals. The result? A big mess and a lot of burnt-up wiring that now needs repairs.
As celebrations and cookouts continue, this is a good reminder to always practice safety around pools and pool equipment. Accidents like this can lead to costly damage — or worse.
Enjoy the fun, fire up the grill, but please keep hot coals, open flames, and heat sources well away from your pool equipment. Your pool (and your wallet) will thank you!
