This home has been vacant for a little over six months — long enough for the pool water to turn almost black, tadpoles to move in, and the entire equipment setup to be disconnected or removed!
We priced out a full equipment overhaul plus an acid wash to get this pool back in shape fast and give the owners a clean, healthy, swim-ready turnaround.
